I think I am doing pretty well if i can just lay off of the chocolate delights! lol. I’m still tired and hungry every now and then, but I know it will pass pretty soon.
B- coffee w/splenda
L- 3.5 oz. ribeye, leaf lettuce w/ 4 cherry tomatoes, 2 Tbl. fat free italian dressing (30 calories- NOT protocol), 1 kashi cracker (NOT protocol), 1 apple.
D- egg salad with 1 egg and 3 egg whites, eaten like a sandwich on 2 large lettuce leaves; salad w/grn leaf lettuce and 4 cherry tomatoes, 2 Tbl. ff italian, 6 strawberries, 1 kashi cracker, 3 chocolate delights.
There are so many things wrong with the above plan- I mixed veggies, I ate a cracker and had a dressing that is NOT on protocol. I’m just trying to get by, but I’m probably making it harder on myself. ugh!
I drank my 3 liters of water today!
