I wonder if mixing veggies is starting to affect me? Well, I’m sure it doesn’t help that I am adding some fat free dressing. It add another 30 calories to my salad. Obviously, the kashi cracker isn’t protocol, either.
B- coffee w/splenda
L- egg salad with 1 egg plus 3 egg whites, 1 iceberg leaf, tiny bit of celery and onion; 1 tomato, apple, kashi cracker.
D- 2% cottage cheese, iceberg lettuce salad w/ 5 grape tomatoes, 2 tbl. ff italian, 6 strawberries, sesame breadstick
Water for the day= 3 liters
