Okay, once again, I have gained weight for the second day. This is not looking too good for me. Why bother complaining about it when I’m not following the protocol to the letter? It’s my own fault. I shouldn’t be mixing my veggies. I shouldn’t be eating crackers that aren’t on protocol, and I shouldn’t be eating that salad dressing, either.
B- coffee w/splenda
L- 3.5 oz. ribeye, salad w/iceberg lettuce and 4 cherry tomatoes, 1 breadstick, 1 orange.
D- Kebob over the outdoor grill- 3.5 oz. ckn, grape tomatoes, and a small amount of onion, 1 kashi cracker (yes, I know), 6 chocolate delights
water for the day= 3 liters
