I was able to lose .8 even though I played tennis last night. I’m very happy with that. Exercising isn’t recommended on this phase of the diet. You won’t have a lot of energy, and you might even gain weight! I guess I was lucky this time.
B- coffee w/splenda
L- 3.5 oz. ribeye, tomato, 6 strawberries drizzled with cocoa and splenda

Water for the day= 1 gallon (I’ve decided to raise my intake of water to one gallon daily).
