Once again, I guess I shouldn’t be that surprised. I ate a bit more protein to compensate for tennis, and then I played for 3-1/2 hours. Oh well. It’s only 1/2 pound, right?
B- coffee w/splenda
L- 3.5 oz. ckn breast, tomato, radish hashbrowns w/ a little bit of onion (not protocol to mix veggies in one meal)
D- 3.5 oz. ckn breast, baked kale chips, 1/2 onion, orange w/ 1 tbl. coconut oil, 2 tbl. cocoa and 4 tbl. splenda mixed with water (tasted like a chocolate covered orange!)
Water for the day= 1 gallon
I took 3 potassium and 3 magnesium pills today. Every now and then I have muscle twiching and fatigue.
