Okay, I’m happy now. I am figuring this out. I decided to weigh EVERYTHING today, and I discovered something critical to this diet. Veggies and fruit are MUCH heavier than I thought. I have actually been overeating them! Even a small apple can weigh enough to equal 100 calories! Seriously! I would suggest that you weigh everything that you put in your mouth. I have invested in a digital food scale, and I am waiting for it to come in. For the meantime, I am fortunate enough to have a digital postage scale, so I’m using that for now.
B- coffee w/splenda
L- 3.5 oz. ribeye, salad w/leaf lettuce plus 1/2 tomato, 2 tbl. ff italian (off protocol), apple, 2 melba rounds
D- 3.5 oz. ckn breast, 1 tomato, 2 melba rounds
Water for the day= 1 gallon
