Reporting on VLCD days 13-17. I’ve reached 3 milestones this week. I’m officially in the 160′s, I have reached my lowest weight in 7 years, and I fit into a pair of size 10 capris! I’m trying to quit using Splenda and stick with Stevia. Still running into people who don’t say anything about my weight loss, but I’m at the point of laughing about it. It’s very amusing! My life is going great, and I thank God everyday for the blessings that he is bringing to my family and me!
I haven’t reported in a week. I’ve been hiding in self-pity. LOL. I’ve learned some lessons from dosing the hcg. I should have started on the 125 IU dosage first! Oh well, live and learn….

Update for round 2: very low calorie days 1-3. A total of 2.6 lbs released in 2 days! Plus, a quick tip on safely disposing of your syringes if you don’t have a Sharps container.
HCG Round 2. I gained a total of 4.2 lbs from loading this past weekend. Official starting weight is 176.0 even. (Only 1 lb above LDW from round 1!). I also discuss the term “cycling”.

4 oz. tilapia or other fish
1 Tbl. butter
1/4 c. sour cream
1 oz. parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
salt, optional
Combine butter, sour cream, and parmesan cheese. Pile on top of fish in shallow baking dish. I used a pie plate. Cook in over on 350 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish.
Servings: 1
464 calories, 39 grams of protein, 32 grams of fat, 2 grams of carbs
Update on P3. I’m 2.8 under LDW today. I posted a gripe on Facebook yesterday about people walking through the wrong door at Walmart. So… I decided to walk through the wrong doors today! I’m quite the dork, you know!
