My real HCG came in today, so I started sublingual HCG! Yay! Now, I can compare real HCG vs. homeopathic HCG and see if there is a difference in my body, so stay tuned!

Starting Weight: 201.6

Today’s Weight: 177

Overnight Gain/Loss: -.8 (yay!)

REAL HCG: 133 IU 2x daily under the tongue (Switched over from homeopathic starting today!)

I was busy today, so I threw together my wonderful cheesy mock apple pie YET AGAIN. LOL. I think this is day number 4 that I have been eating this stuff for at least one meal. With a combination of needing to go to the store and just wanting to eat this for a meal, I must be plain crazy! lol

Ground Beef, Onions, Miracle Noodles, and Bragg's Liquid Aminos

Ground Beef, Onions, Miracle Noodles, and Bragg's Liquid Aminos

I finally went to the store this afternoon, so I ate a normal meal! I decided to try out my first meal with Miracle Noodles. They are made of fiber and contain no calories. They are also very filling. Many HCG dieters seem to use them. This was my first try. I cooked chopped onions in 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Then, I added 100 grams of 96% lean ground beef, 1/2 Tablespoon of minced garlic, and 2 Tbl. of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. After rinsing and drying my miracle noodles, I added them to the mixture along with another 2 Tbl. of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Miracle Noodles do not really need to be cooked, so I simply flipped them around in the beef and onion mixture for 1-2 minutes. I have to say that they were actually pretty good! It’s a different texture than a regular noodle and a little gel-like, but I could definitely get used to them! I didn’t even eat my bread or fruit for dinner because I was very full! They did a wonderful job of picking up the flavor of the Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Next time, I will post a recipe for this gem of an item!

Here’s my breakdown for the day-

I’m definitely going  to keep taking 4 tablespoons of coconut oil per day in the yummy chocolate bark. By the way, I eat it before 2pm. I’m not sure if that is what’s making a difference or not, but I’m going to keep doing it!

Cheesy Mock Apple Pie with Breadstick

Cheesy Mock Apple Pie with Breadstick

I can’t resist the cheesy mock apple pie ! Actually, part of the reason that I chose to eat this for lunch today was because I needed to make a grocery store trip again.

Sirloin Tip Steak with Lots of Tomatoes

For dinner, I ate a TON of tomatoes with my sirloin tip steak. I had a lot of calories left over, so I splurged a bit… well, if you consider 288 calories splurging! LOL. I did eat a breadstick, but I forgot to include it in the above picture.

Today’s Weight: 180

Overnight Gain/Loss: -.2

HHCG: 12 drops 3 x daily (I think I do better on a 3x daily dose.)

Well, I didn’t lose much today, but I didn’t get my water in like I should have. I only drank 2 quarts of water yesterday. That’s not good. I can really tell the difference if I don’t get my water in! I ate a double batch of chocolate bark again. I’ve been experimenting with it. I’ve actually eaten it early in the day (before 2pm). I seem to be having some good results with it. We’ll see if it keeps happening.

HHCG: 18 drops 2 x daily

Yay! I finally dropped a big number. It sure beats the .2 losses the past two days. I started a new bottle of HHCG a few days ago, and I am now wondering if my previous bottle lost its potency. I was starving yesterday and became tired early on in the evening. I ate a double batch of chocolate bark , and I think it actually helps my weight loss. I ate another double batch today.

Chocolate Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Baked Apple and Wasa Cracker

Chocolate Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Baked Apple and Wasa Cracker

I attempted to make chocolate cottage cheese pancakes today. They really weren’t that bad, but they didn’t look very good. I am going to try working on the recipe a bit until I can get a nicer looking pancake. LOL. I ate them with some baked cinnamon apples and a wasa cracker.

I’m losing weight SO SLOWLY this week! I’m really not worried, but it would be nice to see some bigger losses. I AM thankful that I’m still losing, though! I’ve been VERY hungry today for some reason. I made a double batch of coconut oil chocolate bark this morning and ate it before lunch! I ate eggs for lunch, which might not have been enough to fill me up. I also started on a brand new bottle of Homeopathic HCG . It could have been any of those issues that caused me to be hungrier than usual today!

As usual, I had about 3 large cups of coffee for breakfast…

Scrambled Eggs & Onion with Breadstick and Baked Apple

Scrambled Eggs & Onion with Breadstick and Baked Apple

I had a great lunch today. I made Scrambled Eggs & Onions . Cooked onions come out nice and sweet, and they really add a lot of flavor to scrambled eggs. It was a great lunch, but I’m not sure if it was bulky enough to fill me up. I was hungry a lot earlier today, and I wasn’t sure if I would make it until dinnertime.

Ground Beef & Tomato Mash with Breadstick and Tomato Slices

Talk about slow losses. lol. I’m still losing, but this week has been crawling very slowly. I’m at a .55 per day loss average. I’m still crawling above the average .5 loss for a woman. Like I mentioned yesterday, I lost more inches this week! As Dory might say “Just keep losing… just keep losing… just keep losing, losing, losing…”

Chinese Chicken Salad with Wasa Cracker

Chinese Chicken Salad with Wasa Cracker

For dinner, my family had Chinese food, so I attempted to make a Sweet ‘n Tangy Chinese Chicken Salad . It was good, but it might be a little too tangy for some people. You might have to adjust the amount of ginger and garlic in this one.

This turns out a little tangy, so you may need to reduce some of the ginger and garlic.

1/2 to 1 orange

100 grams of chicken (cooked – I grill mine on the George Foreman grill)

1/4 head of cabbage

1/2 c. fat-free low sodium chicken broth (7.5 calories)

1/2 Tbl. minced garlic

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1 Tbl. Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg Organic ACV is the best)

1/4 tsp. dry ginger

4-5 packets of Truvia (Add 5 pkts if you like it sweeter)
