Reporting on VLCD 18-26. I’ve tried a few different things to help speed up my digestive system, and I’ve actually found that if I chew gum for about 30 minutes after each meal, it helps increase my saliva for digestion. I’ve also been taking digestive enzymes right before each meal. I’ve had some computer problems, so this video cuts off at the end. I had mentioned that I try not to eat my dinner after 5:30 pm. These things are working amazingly well for me.
