I’m not sure what happened. I didn’t eat my bread, so I’m a bit confused…

L- 3.5 oz. ribeye, onion, strawberries

D- 8 oz. ckn breast, orange, tomato, 2 melba rounds (25 calories)

Water for the day= 1 gallon

I played tennis again tonight. This is why I upped my protein. I want to make sure that I had enough energy. I had a heard workout for an hour, and I played a total of 3-1/2 hours.
