Overnight Gain/Loss: -1.6 (wow! I’m in shock!)

Total Loss: 14.4 pounds in 20 days!

HHCG: 15 drops 2 x daily

I’m shocked. I really wasn’t expecting to lose that much weight in a day at this point. I guess it really does come off in a stair step fashion. Now that I have corrected some of my fatal flaws in figuring up my allotted food for the day, I think things will go much better!

B- coffee w/splenda

L- 3.5 oz. ckn breast, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 apple, 2 melba rounds

D- 3.5 oz. ribeye, 1/2 tomato, 2 melba rounds, 1/2 apple w/ cocoa and splenda

Water for the day= 1 gallon

I played tennis (doubles) for 1-1/2 hours tonight. We’ll see what happens tomorrow!
