Overnight Gain/Loss: -0- (I’m not surprised. I did play tennis last night!)

Total Loss: 14.4 pounds in 21 days!

HHCG: 15 drops 2 x daily

I’m not really upset that I didn’t lose any weight. It’s probably going to be a struggle to lose on the days after I have played tennis.

B- coffee w/splenda

L- scrambed eggs w/1 egg plus 5 whites and 1/2 onion, 1/2 orange

D- 3.5 oz. ribeye, 1/2 onion, 1/2 orange

Water for the day= 1 gallon

I did something a little different with my eggs this time. I added up the protein, and I was getting less protein than my carbs, so I decided to add 2 more egg whites (32 calories total) and drop my melba toast. I would rather have a better protein:carb ratio. I still fell within the 500 calorie range, although many people would say that I was off protocol by doing this. I need the protein! We’ll see what happens on the scale tomorrow!
