So, I ran out of Splenda today and had to resort to SweetLeaf Stevia in my coffee. I don’t know what it is about this stuff, but I don’t like it in my coffee. It makes my coffee turn out bitter.

I ran out of veggies before I was able to eat my lunch, so I ended up skipping them. I ate a whole apple instead.

3.5 oz. of grilled chicken, one apple, and two melba rounds.

Ah! Dinner was the best part of my day. I loaded up on my veggies because I skipped them at lunch. I ate 3.5 oz. of sirloin tip steak (grilled on my brand new smaller version of the George Foreman grill), lots of asparagus, strawberries, and a sesame breadstick. What a great dinner!

Lunch:

100 grams of chicken breast (114 calories)

114 grams – one whole apple (59 calories)

2 melba rounds (25 calories)

Lunch Total: 198 calories

Dinner:

100 grams sirloin tip steak (140 calories)

300 grams of asparagus (60 calories)

247 grams of strawberries (79 calories)

1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)

Dinner Total: 302 calories

GRAND TOTAL: 500 calories!

3 liters of water today! Oops. I missed a little bit of water. I’m still trying to maintain my gallon of water daily.
