Overnight Gain/Loss: -1.8 Alright!

Total Loss: 5.8 pounds!

HHCG: 18 drops 2 x day ( I decided to change it up to see if I would feel less hungry)

Yay! The added little treat didn’t hurt my loss. I don’t want to get too excited. It is early on in my weight loss journey!

Today, I had coffee w/splenda until lunchtime. For lunch, I ate 3.5 oz. chicken breast, 8 asparagus, a handful of strawberries, and a breadstick. Once again, I slipped in a little coconut oil w/cocoa and splenda.

For dinner, I ate 3.5 oz. 96% lean ground beef, 8 asparagus, an apple, and a breadstick. I got a little choco-happy and had another spoonful of coconut oil w/ cocoa and splenda. hmmmm…..

And, of course, 3 liters of water.
