I’m losing weight SO SLOWLY this week! I’m really not worried, but it would be nice to see some bigger losses. I AM thankful that I’m still losing, though! I’ve been VERY hungry today for some reason. I made a double batch of coconut oil chocolate bark this morning and ate it before lunch! I ate eggs for lunch, which might not have been enough to fill me up. I also started on a brand new bottle of Homeopathic HCG. It could have been any of those issues that caused me to be hungrier than usual today!

As usual, I had about 3 large cups of coffee for breakfast…

I had a great lunch today. I made Scrambled Eggs & Onions. Cooked onions come out nice and sweet, and they really add a lot of flavor to scrambled eggs. It was a great lunch, but I’m not sure if it was bulky enough to fill me up. I was hungry a lot earlier today, and I wasn’t sure if I would make it until dinnertime.

For dinner, I made a very tasty Ground Beef and Tomato Mash. It was good. I decided not to have fruit with my dinner, so I added an extra tomato. It was another great meal!

Here is the breakdown of today’s food-

Lunch:

1 egg + 3 egg whites (118 calories)

132 grams of onion (53 calories)

1/2 c. low sodium fat-free chicken broth (7.5 calories)

1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)

96 grams of apple (50 calories)

Lunch Total: 251.5 calories

Dinner:

100 grams of 96% lean ground beef (130 calories)

1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)

524 grams of tomatoes (94 calories)

Dinner Total: 247 calories

GRAND TOTAL: 498.5 calories

Double batch of coconut oil chocolate bark = 4 Tbl. coconut oil

Water for the day= 1 gallon
