Well, I didn’t lose much today, but I didn’t get my water in like I should have. I only drank 2 quarts of water yesterday. That’s not good. I can really tell the difference if I don’t get my water in! I ate a double batch of chocolate bark again. I’ve been experimenting with it. I’ve actually eaten it early in the day (before 2pm). I seem to be having some good results with it. We’ll see if it keeps happening.

My family grilled hamburgers on our charcoal grill, so I ate a charcoal grilled lean hamburger patty with more grilled onions, strawberries, and a breadstick. Yes, it was the same meal that I ate for lunch, but my hamburger was grilled outside. Yum!

Here’s the breakdown for the day:

Lunch:

100 grams of 96% lean ground beef (130 calories)

155 grams of onions (62 calories)

109 grams of strawberries (35 calories)

1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)

Lunch Total: 250 calories

Dinner:

100 grams of 96% lean ground beef (130 calories)

1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)

115 grams of onions (46 calories)

179 grams of strawberries (57 calories)

Dinner Total: 256 calories

GRAND TOTAL: 506 calories

Water for the day= 1 gallon (Yay! I managed to drink it all!)

Double Batch of coconut chocolate bark: 4 Tbl. coconut oil
