I gained a little bit today, but like I always say, “It’s really no big deal.” It could have been anything. I ate a lot of tomatoes last night… I drank a Diet Coke, and it was pretty late when I drank it. I’m not worried.

Okay, so I don’t really want to post pictures of what I ate today because I ate the EXACT SAME THING for both meals. I ate my cheesy mock apple pie YET AGAIN! lol

I can’t help myself. It’s a nice change from all of the meat, so I will just skip to the breakdown of today’s foods:

Lunch:

135 grams of apple (70 calories)

113 grams of Daisy 2% cottage cheese (90 calories)

1 Wasa cracker (35 calories)

292 grams of tomato (53 calories)

Lunch Total: 248 calories

Dinner:

113 grams of 2% cottage cheese (90 calories)

260 grams of apples (135 calories)

1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)

Dinner Total: 248 calories

GRAND TOTAL: 496 calories

Water for the day= 1 gallon

Double Batch of coconut chocolate bark: 4 Tbl. coconut oil (eaten before 2pm)
