I was busy today, so I threw together my wonderful cheesy mock apple pie YET AGAIN. LOL. I think this is day number 4 that I have been eating this stuff for at least one meal. With a combination of needing to go to the store and just wanting to eat this for a meal, I must be plain crazy! lol

Ground Beef, Onions, Miracle Noodles, and Bragg's Liquid Aminos

I finally went to the store this afternoon, so I ate a normal meal! I decided to try out my first meal with Miracle Noodles. They are made of fiber and contain no calories. They are also very filling. Many HCG dieters seem to use them. This was my first try. I cooked chopped onions in 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Then, I added 100 grams of 96% lean ground beef, 1/2 Tablespoon of minced garlic, and 2 Tbl. of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. After rinsing and drying my miracle noodles, I added them to the mixture along with another 2 Tbl. of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Miracle Noodles do not really need to be cooked, so I simply flipped them around in the beef and onion mixture for 1-2 minutes. I have to say that they were actually pretty good! It’s a different texture than a regular noodle and a little gel-like, but I could definitely get used to them! I didn’t even eat my bread or fruit for dinner because I was very full! They did a wonderful job of picking up the flavor of the Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Next time, I will post a recipe for this gem of an item!

Lunch:

113 grams of Daisy 2% cottage cheese (90 calories)

139 grams of apple (72 calories)

1 Wasa cracker (35 calories)

Lunch Total: 197 calories

Dinner:

206 grams of onion (82 calories)

100 grams of 96% lean ground beef (130 calories)

1/2 cup low-sodium fat-free chicken broth (7.5 calories)*not on protocol

Miracle Noodles (ZERO calories!)

Dinner Total: 219.5 calories

GRAND TOTAL: 416.5 calories

Water for the day= 1 gallon

Double Batch of coconut chocolate bark: 4 Tbl. coconut oil (eaten before 2pm)
