A .6 gain? Really not that bad considering I played 3-1/2 hours of tennis and drank a bunch of orange juice and a protein drink! I’ll bet it’s just water weight!
My lunch consisted of grilled chicken, tomatoes, strawberries, and a breadstick. For dinner, I had cheey mock apple pie yet again! I ate it with a breadstick and decided not to take a picture of it for the umpteenth time! LOL
Here’s the daily breakdown-

100 grams of chicken breast (114 calories)
233 grams of tomatoes (42 calories)
1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)
220 grams of strawberries (70 calories)
Lunch Total: 249 calories
Dinner:
113 grams of Daisy 2% cottage cheese (90 calories)
234 grams of apple (122 calories)
1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)
Dinner Total: 235 calories
GRAND TOTAL: 484 calories
Water for the day= 1 gallon
Double Batch of coconut chocolate bark : 4 Tbl. coconut oil (eaten before 2pm)
