I lost the weight that I had gained after a long night of tennis! I’m back down to 175.8 today. I’ve also decided to up my dosage of real hcg to 166 IU twice daily. This is one most common dosings for sublingual, so I decided to just go with it to see what happens!

My lunch consisted of grilled chicken, green apples, grilled asparagus, and a breadstick. It was great as usual! I’m not hungry at all!

Dinner was great, too! It consisted of a lean hamburger patty, asparagus, strawberrise, and breadstick!

Here’s the breakdown-

Lunch:

100 grams of chicken breast (114 calories)

1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)

127 grams of asparagus (25 calories)

112 grams of apple (58 calories)

Lunch Total: 220 calories

Dinner:

100 grams of 96% lean ground beef (130 calories)

194 grams of asparagus (39 calories)

1 sesame breadstick (23 calories)

181 grams of strawberries (58 calories)

Dinner Total: 250 calories

GRAND TOTAL: 470 calories

Water for the day= 1 gallon

Double Batch of coconut chocolate bark: 4 Tbl. coconut oil (eaten before 2pm)
