Well, I believe I am paying a bit for my off protocol recipes. I still lost .2 pound, so I guess that’s good. 8.2 pounds in 7 days is pretty amazing.

B- coffee w/splenda

L- 96% lean ground beef patty, 7 asparagus, 1 breadstick, 1 apple, 4 chocolate delights

D- cabbage soup w/3.5 oz. chicken breast, 1/4  cabbage.

Okay, I went CRAZY with the chocolate delights and ate the last 12 of them! OMGSH. I don’t know what came over me.

I drank 3 liters of water today.
