Well, it’s no surprise that I didn’t lose any weight. I should be happy that I didn’t gain any weight! I ate way too many chocolate delights yesterday. Ridiculous!

B- coffee w/splenda

L- 2% cottage cheese, 5 large leaves of green leaf lettuce, 6 strawberries, and 1 kashi TLC party cracker (mediterranean bruschetta-30 calories). 4 choc. delights.

D- 3.5 oz. ribeye (yes, I know, it’s higher in calories), 5 green leaf lettuce leaves, 4 cherry tomatoes, 1 kashi cracker, 1 apple, 3 chocolate delights.

3 liters of water today.
