Another great recipe with ground beef. This time, it’s made with tomatoes. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
100 grams of 96% lean ground beef (130 calories)
1/2 Tbl. minced garlic
1 Tbl. Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1 Tomato (varies in calories)
Black Pepper to taste
Lean Ground Beef, Bragg's Liquid Aminos, Chopped Tomatoes, Black Pepper, and Minced Garlic (not shown)
Gather all of your ingredients for this recipe. Chop one tomato.
Brown ground beef in pan on medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and Bragg’s Liquid Aminos and cook an additional minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and continue to cook until tomatoes are tender.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with black pepper. Pour into a bowl and serve!
Serves: 1
