Okay, so it’s been a long time since I’ve blogged. My bad! I’ve been a busy person over the winter. Here’s a recap of what’s happened since then.

I started round 3… twice! The first time, I failed. I couldn’t stay focused at all. The second time, I lasted about 18 days and lost 12.8 lbs. I was able to make it to the 140′s, and my final weight was 145.8. However, that did not last very long. :(

After taking a 6 week break and coming back from a trip, I managed to gain 12 of the 12.8 lbs back. ugh!! I started round 4 on Monday, February 28th, and today is VLCD 5 for me. The first two days,  I managed to drop 4.4 lbs (2.2 lbs per day) . I am up 1 lb over the past two days, and it’s because I decided to eat some birthday cake. Bad me!

I’ve done well today and eaten very clean. I think I can do this! I would really like to drop into the 130′s on this round. I’m not sure if that will happen or not. All I can say is… STAY TUNED!

This diet is still the best!! I love it! ;-)
