I had an awesome loss today! I’m doing very well on this diet, and only time will tell if the real HCG works better or equal to the homeopathic hcg.

For lunch, I made some grilled tilapia with asparagus, apples, and a breadstick. It was delightful! Some people don’t like to use tilapia because of the higher fat content. On my package of tilapia, it contained 1 gram of fat per 4 oz of meat. I can live with that.

I lost the weight that I had gained after a long night of tennis! I’m back down to 175.8 today. I’ve also decided to up my dosage of real hcg to 166 IU twice daily. This is one most common dosings for sublingual, so I decided to just go with it to see what happens!

Okay. I wasn’t so happy today when I woke up with another gain. I’m not starting off too well on the real HCG. I don’t blame it on that, though. I ate dinner at 8pm last night. I have found that I really need to be done by closer to 7pm at night. Any later than that, and I could potentially see a stall or gain on the scale. I did not eat any chocolate bark yesterday, and I think I really need the coconut oil. My body does VERY WELL with 4 tablespoons daily. It seems like a lot, but it amazes me how well I do with that amount! I have added it back in today!

Also, since I started on the real HCG a few days ago, my digestive system has not been moving along very well. It’s getting a little frustrating. I drank Dieter’s Tea tonight to see if that will help.

I woke up very depressed this morning. I stepped on the scale, and…. BAM!! A 1.4 pound weight gain. I posted a YouTube video this morning on Miracle Noodles and my weight gain. I believe it was the miracle noodles. I haven’t had them before, and I ate too much to start. I paid for it today. I felt bloated all day long and decided to drink some Dieter’s Tea. I don’t think I’m going to make that mistake again. I’ll wait a while before trying them again, and then I’ll experiment with just a little bit at a time… maybe at lunchtime, too. Oh well, live and learn.

I just started my real HCG yesterday, and I was pretty worn out today. At times, I felt nauseous. I’m not sure if the nausea was due to the miracle noodles or the real HCG hormone. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better. I didn’t sleep well last night. My sleep was interrupted twice. When I woke up this morning, I didn’t feel refreshed. I would really like to get some much needed sleep tonight.

For lunch, I ate cheesy mock apple pie. I didn’t feel like eating anything else. I ate some extra apple in hopes that it will help my digestion of those miracle noodles.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to handle eating dinner tonight. The bloating of the miracle noodles lasted all day. I finally started to feel better around 6pm, so I went ahead and ate dinner. I found a sugar-free cajun seasoning and sprinkled it on my tilapia. I used just a little bit of coconut oil, and pan seared the fish. It was so good! I made grilled asparagus to go along with it. Delicious!

Yay! I finally dropped a big number. It sure beats the .2 losses the past two days. I started a new bottle of HHCG a few days ago, and I am now wondering if my previous bottle lost its potency. I was starving yesterday and became tired early on in the evening. I ate a double batch of chocolate bark, and I think it actually helps my weight loss. I ate another double batch today.

I attempted to make chocolate cottage cheese pancakes today. They really weren’t that bad, but they didn’t look very good. I am going to try working on the recipe a bit until I can get a nicer looking pancake. LOL. I ate them with some baked cinnamon apples and a wasa cracker.

Today has been a pretty good day. I’m happy that I lost .8 after a night of tennis, but I’m very cautious. Sometimes, it takes a few days for a stall to show up after exercise. We’ll see tomorrow! Of course, I’m in a pattern. I like to eat the same things, except I didn’t really want fruit for lunch. Dr. Simeons’ protocol says that you don’t have to eat everything. I had to make another trip to the grocery store for more fruits and veggies, too.

Ah yes. There’s nothing like cottage cheesecake. Tonight I made a no bake cottage cheesecake with Knox Gelatin instead of an egg white. It was very good. I think I might have to adjust the sweetness, though. This meal was extremely filling! I drank one Diet Pepsi with my dinner as well. I’m still drinking a gallon of water per day with only the occasional diet drink!
