NOT happy today! I had a 1.8lb gain over night! Holy cow! I dropped my coconut oil for two days, lowered my water slightly to 3 liters yesterday, and I dropped my 2nd fruit last night. hmmmm…….

I have definitely made a few mistakes. I started real HCG ony 9 days ago using 133IU 2 x daily sublingual). I decided to just go ahead and up the dosage 3 days ago to 166 IU 2x daily sublingual. It probably wasn’t the smartest thing to do. I felt tired and had a headache all day long yesterday. I woke up this morning still feeling exhausted, and the headache started again! ugh! I felt a headache after starting the real HCG, so now, I’m thinking that the higher dosage is causing this again! good grief!

I really hope that I’m not reaching immunity. boo hoo! I have about a week’s worth of real hcg left, and I don’t want to waste it. If this doesn’t pass by the end of next week, then I will be forced to go to phase 3. I’m really holding out and hoping that maybe I can make it to 70 days or so. I don’t know if that’s going to happen, though. Only time will tell!

I decided to start taking a few potassium pills today. I took one pill after lunch and one after dinner. I’ve been having a little bit of twitching in my muscles lately. It’s not real bad, but it’s kind of annoying. I’m not sure if it’s potassium or magnesium. I’ve taken some magnesium, so I’m going to try the potassium for now.

I had an awesome chili for my lunch today! I mixed my veggies! Not on protocol. oooohhhhh….. Anyway, the chili contains some chopped onion and tomatoes, lean ground beef, and seasonings. I ate it with a very small side of strawberries and a breadstick. It was such a nice change from my normal boring routine!

I had an early dinner tonight. Our church services changed their times, so I ate dinner around 5:20pm. I made a grilled eye of round steak, grilled onions, and a breadstick.

Later this evening, I drank two cups of hot tea.

Dinner:

Just a warning: I look like TOTAL crud in this video! I don’t hide anything from people! I really don’t care what people think because I think everyone should see the good, the bad, and the ugly! lol. I had a big gain overnight, plus I’m experiencing some massive headache again.

(Side note: Since recording this video, I know now that it was from upping my dosage of real hcg. I experienced pregnancy symptoms all over again! It passed about two days later!)

So, I’m up .2 of a pound today. Boo! Oh well, this is not a bad fluctuation. I didn’t realize that I slightly overate my calories yesterday. I’m going to cut out one fruit and only have it during lunch. I don’t know if that will help with the weight loss or not. I’ve been a bit disappointed so far with the real HCG. It does take about 6 days to get into your system, though. On VLCD 50 (2 days ago), I went ahead and upped my dosage to 166IU 2x daily sublingual. Today, I’m feeling tired and I had a massive headache all day long today!

A .6 gain? Really not that bad considering I played 3-1/2 hours of tennis and drank a bunch of orange juice and a protein drink! I’ll bet it’s just water weight!

Okay. I wasn’t so happy today when I woke up with another gain. I’m not starting off too well on the real HCG. I don’t blame it on that, though. I ate dinner at 8pm last night. I have found that I really need to be done by closer to 7pm at night. Any later than that, and I could potentially see a stall or gain on the scale. I did not eat any chocolate bark yesterday, and I think I really need the coconut oil. My body does VERY WELL with 4 tablespoons daily. It seems like a lot, but it amazes me how well I do with that amount! I have added it back in today!

Also, since I started on the real HCG a few days ago, my digestive system has not been moving along very well. It’s getting a little frustrating. I drank Dieter’s Tea tonight to see if that will help.

Dinner was great as usual. I grilled a piece of chicken breast on the George Foreman grill along with some asparagus. I had some strawberries sprinkled with a little bit of Truvia along with a breadstick.

I woke up very depressed this morning. I stepped on the scale, and…. BAM!! A 1.4 pound weight gain. I posted a YouTube video this morning on Miracle Noodles and my weight gain. I believe it was the miracle noodles. I haven’t had them before, and I ate too much to start. I paid for it today. I felt bloated all day long and decided to drink some Dieter’s Tea. I don’t think I’m going to make that mistake again. I’ll wait a while before trying them again, and then I’ll experiment with just a little bit at a time… maybe at lunchtime, too. Oh well, live and learn.

I just started my real HCG yesterday, and I was pretty worn out today. At times, I felt nauseous. I’m not sure if the nausea was due to the miracle noodles or the real HCG hormone. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better. I didn’t sleep well last night. My sleep was interrupted twice. When I woke up this morning, I didn’t feel refreshed. I would really like to get some much needed sleep tonight.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to handle eating dinner tonight. The bloating of the miracle noodles lasted all day. I finally started to feel better around 6pm, so I went ahead and ate dinner. I found a sugar-free cajun seasoning and sprinkled it on my tilapia. I used just a little bit of coconut oil, and pan seared the fish. It was so good! I made grilled asparagus to go along with it. Delicious!
