My weight is back down today. Yay! What a relief. I drank at least 5 liters of water yesterday as well as 2 cups of Dieter’s Tea throughout the day. I was bloated and miserable all day long. I feel great today! I’m still slightly bloated, but I think it might be a side effect of the real HCG.

Onion Omelet with Strawberries and Breadstick
I had a great lunch today. I ate 1 egg plus 2 whites. The original protocol says that you can substitute 1 egg and 3 whites, but I only had 3 eggs left. Time for another store run! LOL. I made an omelet out of my eggs and used chopped cooked onions. I ate my omelet with some strawberries sprinkled with 1/2 packet of Truvia along with my sesame breadstick. It was yummy!
Pan Seared Tilapia, Oranges, Salad, and Breadstick
Dinner was awesome! I made pan seared tilapia with some sugar-free cajun seasoning. I ate it with a green leaf lettuce salad, 2 tablespoons of Wishbone fat-free italian (15 calories *not protocol), orange slices, and a breadstick. Yum Yum!
